Particularly, Surak Valley in Beolgok-myeon, Nonsan, remains cool even during the hottest summer days. Jicheon Gugok
Jicheon Gugok is named for its strange water bends and beautiful rock formations. Originating from Chilgapsan Mountain, the Eoeul Stream, Jakcheon, Jicheon, and Geumgangcheon form gorges and beautiful landscapes. It's an ecological treasure with 48 species of fish including Dojisari, Miho spine loach, and freshwater crabs. Due to its gentle water flow, many tourists visit Kkachinae Resort and Mullebanganggan Resort.
