Foreign Investment Zones(FIZ)

What is FIZ?

Foreign Investment Zone refers to a certain area that is designated by provincial governors or mayors to attract FDI.

Corporates can locate in FIZ and be supported by local government such as tax incentives and rent support

Especially, Complex-type and Individual-type zones provide low rent and additional rent and tax reduction as required conditions are satisfied. Chungcheongnam-do proudly shows 7 Complex-type and 17 Individual-type zones, making it a local government with the biggest FIZs in Korea.
